2 Timothy 3:16-17

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God": This means scripture originated from God rather than human authors alone.
Profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: The Bible is used for multiple purposes:
Doctrine: Teaching what is true.
Reproof: Showing what is wrong and rebuking error.
Correction: Fixing what is wrong and teaching how to live right.
Instruction in righteousness: Training in holy living and conformity to God's will.

Colossians 3:10-13

10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

Psalms 32:5
